Late check-outs are subject to availability, and may be subject to an additional charge.

While we love pets as much as you do, unfortunately we are not a pet friendly hotel. Service animals are always allowed.

For the safety of our youngest guests, children are not allowed in Deluxe rooms or our Junior Suites.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy (from our 3pm PST check-in time). Canceled reservations within this window are subject to a charge of the first night's room and tax.

At check-in your credit card will be authorized for night(s) room and tax, plus a $20 refundable security deposit. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 14 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

There are no smoking rooms, though there are designated smoking areas on the property.
